Programs
The Program Committee’s charter is to identify featured speakers for the Community Council’s general meeting. These individuals consist primarily of local political leaders, police and fire officers, and community dignitaries who address significant issues affecting the quality of life in Rancho Bernardo. The Program Committee meets on an as-needed basis and encourages residents to offer suggestions regarding potential speakers.
The Rancho Bernardo Community Council meets on the fourth Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm on the second floor of the Rancho Bernardo Library.
