The Rancho Bernardo Community Council (RBCC) is gearing up to host our very popular annual Earth Day Fair Sunday, April 6th, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm at the Ed Brown Center, located in the RB Community Park (18448 West Bernardo Drive, San Diego).
